General Return Policy / Fit Guarantee
Non-intimate items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached may be eligible to be returned for store credit only. Items cannot be exchanged and no refunds will be issued. Return of item(s) must be requested within 60 days of the item(s) purchase date. Due to the nature of the product, intimates (bralettes and undies) are final sale and cannot be returned, but they are covered by our Fit Guarantee.
Our Fit Guarantee for intimates (bralettes and undies) states: "Try it. Style It. Love it. If not, we’ll find you something new to love". Let us know within 60 days and we’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement or helping you find something new.
Accessories (hair clips, stockings, nipple covers, etc), Personal Massagers, Seasonal/Holiday Products, Swimwear, and Novelty Clothing (costumes, crotchless panties, body stockings, etc) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for Returns or Fit Guarantee.
