How do preorders work?Updated a year ago

Items are available for preorder when the product hasn't reach our warehouse yet but we want to allow customers to secure their purchase. Once the item arrives at our warehouse we will ship your order.

Please note, that we are unable to ship part of your order before hand if it includes a preorder item. This includes monthly membership orders. We will ship the entirety of your order once we have stocked in the preorder item. If you wish to have your items that are not apart of the preorder sooner, we recommend ordering them separately.
