I received a damaged item, what do I do?Updated a year ago

We hope this never happens, but we are here to help. Please reach out to our Care Team within 60 days of purchase to report the damage. We will work with you to get a replacement (if inventory allows) or find another solution. 


If an item is damaged after being worn, we limit the timeframe to 60 days from purchase. Damages after this point are the responsibility of the customer.
