I skipped a month but still got charged, what do I do?Updated a year ago

We hope this never happens, but we’d love to take a look. 

There are a few things that could have happened- 

  1. Skips must be made by the 4th at 11:59 PM CST to apply towards the current month, skips placed after this point will apply to the next month’s order.

  2. There were add-on products in your cart. While skipping your membership removes the monthly membership charge, any items left within your cart will be charged for on the 5th. 


If neither of these are the case, we’d be happy to investigate further as to why you were charged. Please reach out to our Care Team for further assistance.
