Once your order leaves our warehouse, USPS waits to update tracking until your order is at a local USPS. They utilize a third party to handle the majority of the shipping which is why your order appears to not be moving. Once at a local USPS, tracking will update regularly and most customers can expect their order within the next few days. Typical shipping time frame is 10-14 business days once shipped.
