How do I cancel my membership?Updated a year ago

Members can choose to cancel their entire subscription or they have the option to cancel a single order. To cancel a single monthly order see our FAQ on how to skip a month.

Cancellation of your entire subscription can be done within your account. Once logged in, click "Manage Susbcription", then scroll down and click "Cancel Subscription"

The deadline for cancellations to take effect on the current month’s order is the 4th 11:59 CST. 

Cancels after this point will result in a charge for the current month but cancellation of all future charges. Please note, canceling a subscription will not cancel the add ons you may have added to your cart. Any add on products left in your cart will charge on the 5th.
