How do I skip an order?Updated a year ago

Good news- you can skip your order entirely or simply grab a one time item from the current or a previous collection!

If you'd like to grab a one time time, log in and simply add to your order the item you'd like to purchase. Once added, simply skip your monthly subscription order. Our system will skip your subscription but process your one time item order on the 5th.

If you aren't loving anything or simply need to skip an order, log in and click "View Upcoming Orders", then select skip next to the month you'd like to skip.

The deadline for skipping a monthly order is the 4th 11:59 CST. Skips placed after this will apply towards the following month’s order. 

Please note, skipping a membership will not skip the add ons you may have added to your cart. Any add on products left in your cart will charge on the 5th.
