How long does shipping take?Updated 7 months ago

We currently ship within the US and US Territories only. Customers can expect their orders within 10-14 business days once shipped. We ship via USPS and tracking is available via Shopify and USPS.

There is a 5-7 day blackout period where tracking will not update. The status will show as “USPS Awaiting Item” as your package is being shipped to a local USPS from our warehouse. Once at a local USPS, tracking will update regularly and most customers can expect their order within the next few days.

Members can expect their monthly orders between the 22nd-25th of the month.
