We are here to help if your order doesn’t arrive. Orders typically arrive within 14 business days once shipped. If you have forwarding set up with your mailing address, orders can take over a month to be delivered due to the rerouting. We recommend reaching out to your local USPS with your tracking number first to see if they can assist in locating your package. If you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to our Care Team so we can look into getting a replacement shipped out.
