We hope this never happens but in the rare case it does, please reach out to our Care Team to investigate what happened. 

Most orders arrive within 10-14 business days once shipped, but if your order has not been delivered by the 14th business day please reach out to us. 

Delays may occur due to holidays, forwarding of an address, or other circumstances. 

If your order shows it was Returned to Sender, please reach out with your address so we can confirm we have the correct one.
