We are here to help if your order doesn’t arrive. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 48 hours. If after 48 hours you still haven’t received your order, we recommend checking with your neighbors as it may have been misdelivered. If you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to our Care Team so we can look into getting a replacement shipped out.
